When I argue with the tau player about the Emperor-class titan, their defence was the "Manta" and its ability to destroy Emperor-class titan few times. But as in this video from Exodite part 2, a Volcano cannon attack from the Warlord Class Titan can basically disabled a Manta with one shot. "Manta has capability of destroying the Emperor class.
